Quality over quantity: we produced 65 bottles of pure mirabelle brandy from approximately 320 kg of mirabelle plums. By simple calculation that amounts to about 5 kg of fruit per bottle — and you can taste it. That is why we created this 'limited edition' of masterfully distilled mirabelle plum brandy.
The ripe mirabelle plums were pitted and mashed, slowly fermented in our cool vaulted cellar, and then gently distilled. The focus was on flavor. The result is a fine, pure mirabelle brandy which we carefully bottled into 65 bottles.
